Terms & Conditions


All our product prices are listed on the website. From time to time it may be subject to change and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Any orders being processed during any change period will be honoured at the original rate.

Lead Times

Whilst we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, we only keep a limited stock of each item and items may need to be printed to fulfil orders. Printing times can vary depending on the number of outstanding orders and temporary down time, so we will do our best to communicate this via our website and social media channels.


All orders within the United Kingdom are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Items are thoroughly packaged in sturdy boxes and padded with bubble wrap where required to best prevent any damage during transport. Should you receive your items damaged we will be only too happy to replace them.

Orders outside the United Kingdom are available on request, please contact us with your requirements.

All orders equal to or over £50 within the United Kingdom receive free delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

Once commissioned work has been started it cannot be cancelled.

Order for standard products from our website have a standard “cooling off” period of 14 days whereby any products returned to us in unopened and undamaged condition will be refunded, including the initial postage. Return postage is NOT refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We take keeping your personal information secure very seriously. When using our website and placing an order your personal information (including email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses) will be held on secure servers.

Intellectual Property Rights

All standard products remain the intellectual property of Hardy’s Hobbies.

All Commission work will remain your own intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. We also respect confidentiality and all commission work will be treated in the strictest confidence. Should the client require it we are also happy to sign non-disclosure agreements.


Occasionally we may need to make changes to our Terms & Conditions, website, price structure, services or any other item. We reserve the right to make these changes whenever required and without prior notice. Any changes we make will not affect outstanding orders.
